| I contracted Mr.Ralph F. Kline, dba Specialty Roofing Repairs to repair a roof leak and some other asphalt shingle repairs to my home located at 4440 Misty Lane Myrtle Beach, SC 29588 This contract was set forth 07/ 17/ 2014. Mr Kline Demanded payment in advance of the repair work. 50% up front and 50% upon start of the repairs. We paid him in full per the contract. As of this date 09/15/2014, and upon several attempts by Specialty Roofing to attempt to complete the repair,s as contracted the roof continues to leak. Mr Kline will not respond to my repeated calls and was very hostile the last time I was able to contact him by phone. He used very harsh language and told me to go" F" myself? This ongoing roof leak has now caused extensive interior damage to the ceiling sheet rock and painted surfaces of the ceiling as well as I suspect damage to the sub floor area just below the roof leak. His Foreman Richard has told me he was having problems with Mr Kline also and could not be taken for his word. In conclusion Mr Kline appears to be a scam artist and not worthy of a license. I'm requesting his license be suspended for these infractions. | |

I am the web developer for Specialty Roofing and have been asked by the owner, Ralph Kline, to act in his behalf.
Mr. Kline's rebuttal is, "We completed his job and he wanted to pay in monogram hats, key chains, shirts, etc. I refused and he said, 'you will be sorry.' His complaint is completely untrue.
Ralph Kline, Specialty Roofing Repairs."
Is it possible to get his complaint removed?
