i went to leave with my wife to go get a load. one of the women said that i took a cd. i went inside and she called the police.

i thought as i didn't have the cd on me that it would get figured out fast once the the cops got there. well they went in and looked at the film and the cop (sheriff) said that i did it. he then took me in and showed me the film. it was the poorist quality video i have ever seen.

it was choppy at bet and very jumpy. i got takin to the jail. the judge that said that i was guilty did not even look at the film. he just listened to the sheriff"s statement and the lady that accused me.

i may not have asked the right questions when at court. they had the da and i had myself.

its been about 2 years and its sill a problem to get a job now with that on my record. its now costing me lots.

and i had to go back to the city to go to court, so thats train fare hotel ect. thankfully it was not far fron home.

The video may have been poor quality, but it must have been good enough to get you thrown in jail, also the video don't take sides, which means it don't lie.

I knew a guy once that was making 65 grand a year 20 years ago that took 2 little packs of Rolaids and got caught. They didn't prosecute just because he had been so embarrassed, but to hear his side later on it sounded like he did nothing. With this mind set,now I know why he needs Rolaids.

Who's the Nimrod...

Sorry but this report must have a lot more to it, as it sounds as if it was written by someone who is just upset that they got caught.

Instead of declaring you did not steal the CD, you had to qualify your comments by saying that you did not have the CD "On You"...Ummmmmmmm

You then go on and instead of saying that the video does not show you taking it, you complain about the quality of the video. In fact you said "it was the poorist quality video i have ever seen". Are we to take from this that you have been in this position before?

There was enough cause for the cops to not only take you to jail, but for you to be found guilty in court. I guess next time you probably should pay for that CD.

By the way where was your lawyer in all of this. At the very least you should have had a court appointed attorney.
