LoanMax LLC Title Loan This company is ridiculous they are complete ripoff’s I live off SS and SSI so I don’t make much money so I had an emergency so I went there borrowed $600 I couldn’t afford to pay the whole first month payment so offered to bring them in what I could afford but they refused my payment and told me I had to have the whole payment or they couldn’t help me and they wasn’t taking just some of the payment. The people are rude and very bossy I have tried multiple times to pay some of the money and they just keep refusing my money. I have tried multiple times to get in touch with the corporate office I have called left my phone number my email address my home address for like 2 months now and yet to this day I have never received a call back or heard from them at all. I get text messages every day from the office in Pearlington Ms but I have never ever heard from the corporate office. They are now saying I owe them over a $1000 and I still can’t make payments it’s all gotta be up front. Like I said I live on SS and SSI there is no way I can come up with that kind of money at once. I don’t understand why they keep refusing my money hell at least I’m trying to give them something so not sure what else to do for these people. I do know one thing I will tell everyone do NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER THEY ARE COMPLETE RIP OFFS AND WILL SCREW YOU OVER WHICH EVER WAY THEY CAN. COMPLETE SCAM ARTIST and it’s not VERY SAD FOR PEOPLE THAT ARE TRYING. Another thing THEY DON’T CARE HOW YOU FEEL ABOUT THEM THEY STILL REFUSE TO EXCEPT THE MONEY YOU CAN GIVE THEM IT’S ALL OR NOTHING. I HOPE THIS WARNS EVERYONE ABOUT THIS COMPANY. LoanMax loanmax has repossed my vehicle after a payment agreement, they are refusing to provide legal documentation on the transactions and are just typing random filings without proof. This company is a rip off, they charge outragous amounts in interest so that you won't be able to pay the loan off at all.
