We have had Spectrum for 3 years and our community has become extreamly worse. They allow the HOA board to make decissions that are in the boards personal interest not for whats in the best interest of the whole community. If you call or email them about an issue there is no response. There is never a person availible to file an issue with.

We have decided to sell and get out from the HOA life. Now we have found out that we have to pay Spectrum over 700.00 dollars before we can sell our house. It's called Community inhansment fee! When I purchassed my home that was not in the agreement. Warning to all. Do not buy a house in an HOA!!! Our new house is not in an HOA and the neighborhood looks a 1000% better then the HOA Neighborhood!
