Not only did they not speed up my computer, they only tell you what they need to do, with your first $40 and then you must spend anothe $250 to fix, what they say is your problem. I want as many people who were scammed by them as I have been, to join with me to sue them in court. Please contact me and join my team. Contact me at davidtippie@agingyounger.net

I was told by Speed Fix Tool Plus that when I paid them the fee of $40 that they would spead up my computer. That was a set up. When the person on the phone, who was aslo connected to my computer, began surfing through my computer, he was state the This or That was a problem and all must be repaired. I stated: when are you going to repair it? He stated that he could not repair it, that he must send me to a repair person who could repair the items. I said, is he going to charge me something, other than the fee I just paid you?  He said that these items are not included in the fee charged to me and he connected me to another person. That person stated that for an aditional $250  he could fix the issues.  I said give me my money back, you are a scam company and he was going to hang up in my ear, but tried to bait and switch once more and I did not take the bait and demanded my money be refunded.  He hung up in my ear.  I went to my control panel and selected Speed Fix Tool Plus and selected un-install.  It would not let me un-install the program. I called Geek Squad and it took them two separated sessions to get the Speed Fix Tool Plus off of my computer.  They are not only a scam company, they are also virus planters. I want to get as many people who have been scammed by them like myself, and sue them so that they stop scammig people.

Hey,, you got ripped off, well, that sure does suck, but it IS your own fault and no one elses, due to your own laziness! All you needed to do was do a google search and "fix" your own computer problems!

Only a true idiot would ever pay some scammy company over the phone and only a moron would ever let someone they do NOT know connect remotely to their computer! nd i'll bet they all had hindi accents, didn't they?
