The ripped my off when the online form on their website defaulted to ONE YEAR and I had my card info and wanted ONE MONTH TO TEST OUT and they said nothing can be done 

ALSO NOBODY WITHIN 100 MILES OF SAN FRANCISCO FOR MATCHES AWFUL EVERYONE IS IN USA
THOUSANDS OF MILES AWAY AVOID THIS ONE  (((competitor's name redated))) AT LEAST HAS LOCAL LOOSERS
