My story is not nearly as bad as others I've read about this company, but still a lousy experience. Ordered a $175 coat and it showed up in a reasonable amount of time. (about a week and a half.) Well anyway, I get it and it's nothing like what was pictured. The jacket was also of very poor quality (supposed to be leather, looks like vinyl) so I tried to send it back. This guy does not answer emails! Sent numerous emails and no response. I filed with the BBB in Oklahoma, but I'm sure I won't get anywhere. At least I got the jacket, but I could have bought the same quality faux material at JcPenney for $75! Just watch out for these guys, mine was a best case scenario from other complaints I've read!
