I signed up on speedingticketbeaters.com to get more information about the process. Then, I researched the reviews on this company. Found it odd that the company's website acknowledged the poor reviews it has received, which they dismiss rather quickly on the website.

The reviews about these people are right! Terrible company. Received a phone call, and politely told the man on the phone that I had taken care of the ticket already (when I actually just didn't want to do business with them after reading the terrible reviews). This guy starts yelling into the phone, and told me, "Fine, you lost then, that's what you're telling me." Click....he hung up the phone.

First of all, that's not the way to do business. Second, I thought that they might have some legit claim on their website based on case law/legal research. However, I think this premise is wrong too. I'm an Alabama licensed attorney, and I did not find any case law to support my speeding ticket defense. Don't know how this company would find anything. I don't handle speeding in my practice, but I think these guys are scammers. Just my two cents.

Response to this Silly Report

AUTHOR: Pat H. - (United States of America)

POSTED: Sunday, January 06, 2013
Below address each piece of this silly report. First showing the reporters comments ("in italics and quotes"), and then our reply. Enjoy:

"I signed up on speedingticketbeaters.com to get more information about the process." - False. This man did not "sign up" for our service. He sent us an email in for a FREE consultation. As we have explained on our site, and blog, signing up for our service means you PAID us. And when you pay us, you get the defense materials you need. Until you have paid us, you are just someone who has contacted us, and DO NOT have any idea whether or not we are legit, so you are in NO position to pass judgement, claiming you now know. WHY? Because you can only determine our legitimacy after USING our services, which this man did NOT. So, his opinion is completely meaningless. He really cannot accurately determine whether or not our service works (ie: is legitimate), because he did not USE it.

"Then, I researched the reviews on this company. Found it odd that the company's website acknowledged the poor reviews it has received, which they dismiss rather quickly on the website." - He found it "odd" that we chose to address some questionable reviews that exist? We believe it is smart to disprove false "reviews" (like this one). And what better place to do it, than on our own site. Where we have information and links, that readers will definetly find fascinating and enlightening.

"The reviews about these people are right! Terrible company." - This goes back to what we wrote in the first section, above. A person who did not USE the services, is in NO position to determine whether or not a company is good at what they do. WHY? Because he could not know the answer to that question, having never actually USED the services!

"Received a phone call, and politely told the man on the phone that I had taken care of the ticket already (when I actually just didn't want to do business with them after reading the terrible reviews)." - This is a very interesting comment. Read carefully what this man wrote here. He says he received a phone call from one of our agents, after requesting a free consultation. And he told the agent that he had already handled the ticket. When in truth he admits in his statement above, that he had not. That is called LYING. He LIED to the agent. He's just shot his credibilty to hell, by acknowledging that his first instinct in life, when confronted with a phone call (that he requested!), was to LIE!

This guy starts yelling into the phone, and told me, "Fine, you lost then, that's what you're telling me." - And the rep that said that was correct. This guy did lose! He admits above that he had not yet handled his ticket, and later in this "report" he acknowledges having no idea what kind of defense could beat the ticket. So our rep made a good assessment. He quickly spotted that this guy was a liar, and reminded him that telling us a lie like that, instead of getting a defense, means he will end up losing.

"Click....he hung up the phone." - Did he want us to stay on the phone, and repeatedly tell him he was making a huge mistake. Once seemed like enough. We can call him back and tell him again if he'd like.

"First of all, that's not the way to do business." - Yes, and he's who you want business advice from. A lawyer that openly admits to lying... Who has spare time to spend writing spiteful, and false reports on this website.

"Second, I thought that they might have some legit claim on their website based on case law/legal research. However, I think this premise is wrong too." - This is one of the silliest comments in this whole "report". Of course the site has legit claims (ie: legit defenses), that are based on, and include case law, etc. But a customer has to PAY to receive them. You don't just access our case law, and defenses, for free! This guy contacted us for a FREE consultation, we called to provide him one, he chose to LIE and pretend he didn't need that consultation any longer, and now writes a "report" wanting to know why he didn't get to see case law and defenses for free? Thank God he's not running our company. He'd be giving the "farm away".

"I'm an Alabama licensed attorney, and I did not find any case law to support my speeding ticket defense." - He's right. He didn't find any, because he didn't PAY us, and therefore is not actually a customer, with ANY actual experience using our service. Therefore, he is in NO position to "review" our work, since he didn't actually USE it! As far as whether or not case law exists that would have helped his argument in court, and enabled him to win... Of course it does. But as we talk about on our site and tumblr blog, lawyers do not know ANYTHING about traffic law. They are not taught anything on the topic in law school. WHY? Because lawyers are too greedy, to be interested in traffic law. Look at it from their point of view. They can demand that their professors teach them criminal law, malpractice and injury law, all of which come with the guarantee of multi million dollar earnings... OR... They can learn how to beat a speeding ticket, where the client will likely pay them less than $100-200 to do the work. Which one do you think these sharks are going to demand the law schools teach them? So his being an attorney is proof positive that he doesn't know the first thing about this kind of law. His obsession in law school was learning about things that were going to help him to a lifetime of getting rich, by charging people hundreds per hour, after they have "more expensive" problems.

"Don't know how this company would find anything." - The answer is, that unlike him we actually focused all of our efforts on learning how to help you beat your speed tickets. So we know how to "find" things, that he doesn't know how to "find".

"I don't handle speeding in my practice..." - And therefore he know's NOTHING about the topic.

"but I think these guys are scammers..." - Even though he did not pay and hire us, so he has NO IDEA what we actually could have provided, and what the outcome would have been.

"Just my two cents." - The same "2 cents" that he has now been left with, after the state stole his money, on a trumped up speeding ticket, that we would easily have helped him beat.

Let us tell you right now what this guys motive was for writing this "report". His motive was that he was mad, that we told him he lost his case. In doing so, we called him out on his LIE, that he had "taken care of it". And he didn't like that our agent hung up on him. So he thought he would get "revenge" by wasting his time, and writing this silly report.

But we will say, he got one thing right, in his report. We are (and have openly admitted on our site, and blog) , total jerks!

We're sarcastic. We'll tell you if you say something ridiculous. We'll write you in all caps, etc etc. But none of that means we're not geniuses, who know what to do to beat your speeding ticket. You may not love our style, but you'll love our outcome!

You don't hire us to join you for Thanskgiving dinner, or walk you down the aisle at your wedding. You hire us to get you out of the speeding ticket the city gave you, and save you a fortune in the process. And once we finish doing that, you won't care how sarcastic we were along the way. If you're smart and have a sense of humor, you might even get a kick out of it. We're interesting people.
