Speedy Lube ripoff Cincinnati Ohio

I took my van to have the oil changed after paying I took it home and did not drive it for 2 days. The next time I drove it after going about 4 miles it broke down, called my son in law he came to look at it and found that theyu cross threaded the drain plug. I put oul in it to get it back to Speedy Lube, by this time the engine was knocking. They put an oversized drain plug in it and a heavier oil (40 weight). Drove it a week it didnt help, they then went to 50wt oil with no improvement, the knocking just got worse. At their direction I took it to a shop where the informed me that they would have to tear it down to see where the problem was. Speedy Lube said they would have their insurance adjuster call me. He never did, now Speedy Lube refuses to answer my phone calls and have been ignoring me after repeatedly calling them. I am waiting for my lawyer to call me back right now.
