Spicy Subscription Makes unauthorized charges to your account after already canceling subscription and not returning emails Does not provide any address Internet

 I signed up back in September for a three month trial and when I signed up I checked the box opting not to be signed up for auto renewal. I was charged $149.85 one month prior to the last month of my trail. I contacted the company that I realized only provided an email address and they stated I signed up for auto renew aND I must cancel 24 hours before my account is charged. I emailed them numerous times stating I never signed up for auto renewal, my account stated I had no current subscriptions and that according to their own terms and conditions evenot if I did sign up it states it does not charge you until the first day of your renewal month (which if I had signed up for auto renewal, which I didnt, was a month away). However after numerous emails received no response beside that they would cancEl my account for the future. I disputed with my bank bit because they do not provide you with any confirmations or emails when you sign up I did not have proof of my claims so the denied my dispute. Nowe I have been charged again after the company said my account would be cancled in the future and attempted to contact the compnay. 4 days later and still no response. I've looked up Internet reviews and many people have had the same problem and have to close thiers accounts to keep this compnay from taking money from them anymore. Also, they charge $49.95 a month and I have been calculating the retail worth of the products rights around $25. This is so clearly a scam to get people to sign up for subpar merchandise and even after they cancel the company continues to charge accounts and does not respond to emails. There are so many complaints of the same thing. The better buisness buera rates them an F and they continue to get away with ripping people off. This has to stop!
