Class action attorney needed - Spiegal turned its accounts over to Card Prodessing Center who (1) didn't send out statements (and then charged late fees), (2) sent out statements in credit card procurement envelopes, and (3) do not cash checks.

I offered to pay the balance, sent in the check and it was never cashed. I stopped payment on the check and sent a new check via certified mail. In the meantime I was assessed $250.00 in late fees.
