Spiegel & Utrera, P.A. Natalia Utrera I got nothing for $1,300.00 Miami, Florida

During a call to the attorney I asked what it would cost to have a company name trademarked. After discussing this I paid the attorney via credit card eight hundred dollars. I heard nothing from the attorney for months and the trademark organization brought it to my attention that I needed to do something or the request would be dropped and I would have to start anew.

I called the office of Spiegel & Utrera and talked with a female attorney which I assume was Ms Utrea. During that conversation I was talked into sending, or spending, another five hundred dollars and was assured that the situation of not being informed of the progress, or lack thereof, would not happen again. I was asked to send documents to substansuate my request for the trademark, which I did promptly.

I do not have the dates for these conversations and payments but I believe the last five hundred dollars was sent a year ago, at least.

I have not heard anything from any of the attorneys and have no receipts from them of my payments. It was just send the money and then i was forgotten about.

Thirteen hundred dollars down the drain for absolutely nothing.
