Spinnaker Resorts Hilton Head Vacation Getaway Failure to refund my vacation money after job loss. I no longer meet income requirements. They continue to offer an extension, which they said you could not do upfront. Its been a year now. Hilton Head Island South Carolina

Spinnaker Resorts are in favor of taking your money and giving you nothing in return.  Due to a change in my income, I no longer qualified for the vacation package, so I informed them of the change because of all the fees they charge if you don't show up. 

Instead of refunding me then, they remind me that I have a year to reschedule, and they want me to pay for rescheduling. NOT! 

Next, I touch basis to inform them that I still don't meet their requirements and they offer me an extension. All I want now is a refund.  After requesting this twice, they tell me of another extension, but I will have to pay for the next one. I don't think so!

When I do get another job, a vacation is not on my agenda! I want my money back, and I think its only fair because I did not just change my mind, my circumstances out weigh my decision to take a vacation based on their rules/requirements.
