Spirit Airlines Refused to refund me as promised Internet
After spending an hour on the phone and escalating to a supervisor no one is willing to help me with my promised refund that I did not recieve back to my credit card. They ended up refunding a different credit card that was not the original form of payment and now are unwilling to help me at all. This is the worst airline ever and I can vouch since I am a travel agent and do work with many different airlines on a daily basis. I will not be recommending this airline to anyone and more so am warning everyone to be aware of horrible customer service. Besides the horrible customer service almost every flight is always delayed and at times more then 5 hours without any compensation to passengers whatsoever. Stick with the larger carries, Spirirt may look cheaper for flights however, once you begin to add up all their fees they are pretty expensive to fly on a horrible airline with horrible customer service.
