Spirit Halloween A spencers gifts owned company upper management problems with the company..(delaware and maryland DM issues) salisbury, Maryland

One big issue with this job is our district manager.. she is the dm for delaware and maryland. Spirit halloween stores. Nothing is ever good enough for this woman and puts everyone down.. we already have our employees trying to leave our store because of her. She is honestly a thorn in this company's side. Myself and everyone else who works for this company understand work is work and its not supposed to be fun but its supposed to be a good work environment where people enjoy their work. She is a "slave driver." We need a district manager who doesn't let all the amazing power of a SEASONAL STORE get to her head and treat everyone like they're nothing and need someone who makes this job a great one. Not someone who makes everyone want to quit. Last year a customer reported her to spencers gifts and the higher ups because of how she treated a specific employee last year in front of them and a few employees reported her too.. what I ask is let's do a survey spencers!! Send a survey to all of the spirit halloween stores.. mostly the maryland and delaware stores so I can prove my point. A random survey to the managers and employees in the store about how they feel about the district manager. If not you will just be hurting the company because employees will spread the word of how we are treated in these spirit stores and customers will stop coming in like they did last year and starting to stop coming in this year. Please for everyones sake do something about this individual.
