I was also taken by Sponsored Whips. I gave Hami my debit card information to give them the $99.00 and he did send my stickers (expensive stickers).
After a few weeks, I called Hami (Sponsored Whips) and he did send me a rough copy of a proposal letter but needed some corrections. I told him what needed to be fixed and didn't hear anything from him until I called MONTHS later.
I called Hami around August or early September asking about the sponsorship and letting him know that I was going to a national car show (supposed to be reimbursed entry fee) and couldn't reach him again and he never called me either. This is a very poor way to treat customers but a great con.

the only possible way to resolve this issue is to give them their money back...or file a complaint with the attorney general for a consumer class action suite to be filed against the company....
