Sport Fan Apparel Rip off. Will not refund my money Pution Other

 Sport Fan Apparel is a rip off. They will not refund my money. I purchased a jersey in October. I informed the company that I wanted to return the jersey. The website says easy returns. They kept trying to talk me out of returning the jersey. They offered me a 10% then a 20% refund rather than me returning the jersey. I still wanted a refund and they kept trying to persuade me to keep it. I sent back the jersey late October and it arrived in China on 11/2/16. Mind you, the address on their website states they are out of Tennessee. I've sent several emails requesting the status of my refund and now no one is responding. I'm out over $100 (cost of jersey and shipping cost to send jersey back). I think they change their website name often so beware.
