Naushad Hussein President of Sportex, Inc. took an order from Gull Lake Little League on June 4, 2009. Naushad Hussein President of Sportex, Inc. guaranteed custom caps made in his factory would ship by the 26th of June in time for our All Star season. Multiple discussions took place between Naushad and the Vice President of Gull Lake Little League to make sure that it was understood the timelines for the All Star Season. Gull Lake little League paid over $1300 for their custom caps and have never received them. All teams have had to play their All Star Season with borrowed caps.
The check was cashed the same day. Nachaud continues to promise hats in two days. His latest emails say that the hats are in LAX stuck in customs. This has been the story for the last 2 weeks. He now refuses to take any phone calls and has not responded to an email in days.
To date Naushad Hussein President of Sportex, Inc. has lied and comitted fraud upon a non-profit organization who is dedicated to youth. We do not have excess funds and have already spent our uniform budget. To the youth of Gull Lake Little League, one of the most exciting opportunities is to make the All Star team and get to wear the All Star uniform. Naushad has taken away this opportunity from our players. Our league will now have to find additional funds to order new hats to get to the players after the season is over, so they will have a momento.
We continue to demand refund of the $1305, but Naushad Hussein President of Sportex, Inc. refuses to pay. His internet listed phone has been shut off, but the cell phone number still works. He does not answer when we call. He does not return our messages.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH Naushad Hussein President of Sportex, Inc. He will steal your money and disappoint your players.
