Chad Woods of SportishingReprots.com contracts for design and development services and once produced does not pay. I have worked for him for serveral years and have had no issue. Then today he is holding back over 10 thousand dollars of invoiced work that been completed and delivered. Do not do busisness with this person or company he is a scammer.  I am so surprised that this has happened as we have been on good terms but now I think since Irma he decided to take advantage of me and my services.
