Ordered Ultimate Bat Bag Varsity XL/CB on March 5, 2008. Paid $83.87 thru paypal. Didn't receive bat bag within 2 weeks so I called and talked to Chuck Anderson who told me they were backordered (it didn't say this on the site and my money was taken already). Chuck said he expected a shipment any day as he had thousands on backorder (why is he taking orders when he has thousands backordered?). Didn't receive bag so called back in another two weeks same story, he said not received yet but they were to be in that day. Waited a little longer tried to call again and just get a fax machine. Sent emails to all available addresses several times: blackwaterinc@earthlink.net; blackwatersports@gmail.com; blackwatersportsB2B.com; customerservice@blackwatersportsb2b.com; blackwaterinc@qwest.net No response. Have sent multiple faxes to the customer service number 1.303.484.3492 trying to get product or refund - no response.
