Horrible customer service! I purchased my retainer a few months ago. I took perfect molds (as I had supervision from a coworker that did this professionally for years). Sporting smiles sent me a retainer that didn't work at all. It literally would only fit on one side of my mouth. They asked me to mail it back so they could compare it to the molds. I did exactly that. 2 weeks later I had not heard anything so I contacted them. They told me the retainer would be there the next day.

Fast forward... I received the retainer and it is literally bent completely in on the front tooth. The bottom retainer still would not fit at all. They asked me to send it back again. Finally I ask for a refund and they tell me I have to mail it back again. Mind you they said they would refund the amount I paid for the retainer NOT THE SHIPPING. I sent it back yesterday and they are saying they won't refund me until they receive it. This is crap as I am out the money I spend on this poor excuse of a retainer plus the money I spent to ship it to them twice! Please do yourself a favor and avoid these scammers.

Evan McCarthy is a bigger fraud than his father

AUTHOR: AprilM - (USA)

POSTED: Thursday, June 29, 2017

Amazon should be ashamed of itself for allowing Sporting Smiles to peddle his deceptive advertisement on its site.

Like his father, who was fined and reprimanded by the dental board in Wisconsin for breaking the law, Evan McCarthy lies, takes your money and does not delivery the product. Evan McCarthy, junior also has a complaint wherein the dental board ruled against him. The apple never falls very far from the tree.

The Google reviews are largely fake. Evan McCarthy's lack of professional ethics and personal convictions does not allow him to earn nearly five stars. This man owes me money and I will not leave him alone until I get it back.

I will never deal with Sporting Smiles again.

I also was scammed by Sporting Smiles

AUTHOR: K S - (United States of America)

POSTED: Thursday, February 16, 2017

This company also scammed me and refused to issue a refund for a mistake that they made.

In order to get my money back, I am filing a complaint with the Attorney General in my state. Sporting Smiles is guilty of false and deceptive advertising and unethical business practices.
