BEWARE- Thsi bogus Co. cahrge syo for memeberhsipp deues for one years memberhsi dues for their "discounts" but then when you order mercahndise, they never ship it out! They charge my credit card and not once called me sent me e-mail nor any tracking numbers or information from UPS. When I compalined they only said if the mercahndies coems back to them, they will refund my money after going on now 2 soilid Months of dickering with them,

I am hopefully getting my money back, but after many months of complaining, and asking them for it back, all while they had charged me for their "Buyers-Club" Memebership dues for 2009 which are suppose to be good for 1 solid year but they have charged me for it for only one order even after I had cancelled the membership and NEVER got the mrachandise. How Bogus is that?

All I can say is "Bueyr-Beware" with this Company, and their Customer service as it is Terrible, and not worth the headaches, when I asked for where my order was it was sitting in a building for 2 weeks not even being shipped out, I called once to find if it was still being shippped and found out it wasn't coming until after January 3 weeks after Christmas.

Everyt time I called or contacted Customer Service all they could do is give me some bogus run-around, and stonewalled me on where my order/shipment was or when it would even get here, as even the UPS Tracking System was completely screwed up. They say 100% Satsifaction Guranteed on their website an in their shipping bills, and I asked for this and that I thought because of all these troubles I had and never getting the mercahndise ordered, "all My Shipping Charges should be refunded but they argued with me, "Me, the Customer",

how's that for 100% Satsifaction Guranteed?, and they said it was too bad, that they would do nothing in their e-mails. I still have nothing except for some partial payments/partial refunds of my money and am still going to my Bank for my complete chargeacks and formal complaints to the BBB here in my local town. I have a cc. of this Complaint I am filing and will file with the BBB In MN, too.

If need be I will file with the State's Attorney General as this is really bogus for a comapny to charge your credit card and then never send you the mercahndise. How Bogus is that! They also have outside Vendors for which they have no control over and all they do at their website is act as an intermediary, so buyer beware, you are NOT buying from Sportsmansguide,

they are just acting as a reseller for all these other compaines with Mercahndise on their Website, and those companies chose when to send me my merchandise and when I called Sportsmandguide on my Coast Flashlight they had no clue as to where it was or when it would be shipped,and Coast Flashlights didn't know either, how bout them apples?

Coast weas jsut as bogus with me as Sprotsmansguide was it was only after the 2nd week in January! after I placed the order in Dec. 18th. that I new something was suppopse to be delivered but even then I didn't know which item it was or when it would be here. Go figure.

Be carefull of your orders too on their Coupons, they give you all these coupons but you can't use them together, in other words if you get an order with a coupon for $10.00 off you can't use it with the other coupons you get from them via e-mail too, so buyer beware, there are all kinds of "Bait & Switch" tactics they play from the customer service Rep.s and on this website, and you must be very careful on a.) what you order b. ) how its shipped, and c.) to what address or shipper they use? You must also consider if the merchandise is coming from them, or coming from a Manufacturer in another state and shipped by them or somebody else, as it is Clearly NOT coming from them, so buyer beware!!!

This whole time from Dec. 18th to now Febraury 10th, 2009 they have had control over my Money from Charge Card, and to date they are still arguing with me on my refunds, so just beware when you Order from this Sportsmansguide.com you know what you are getting into. Caveat Emptor

I worked for this company in the past and I am a current customer of The Sportsman's Guide. Here is what you can do, call there customer service number and ask for Mr. Delaney and tell him of your issues and that you want a refund, they will give it to you. For the recored Gary Olen no longer owns The Sportsman's Guide it is owned by Redcats USA, Inc which is a part of PPR (Gucci,Puma and more). I have had an issue or two with the Guide but they always took care of me.
