Well, you have pretty much made yourself look like, well, Ill just keep it at a very disgruntled employee to be nice. I will say as an employee of both Spot On and Central Payment Systems, the things this person has said are absolutely not true. I've never been involved with a company with owners such as Matt and Zach Hyman. They are the first ones to jump on the phone with me and help me in any way possible. I've NEVER had any company owner do that before. Ever. They care about the employees and most of all care about the businesses that work with us. Money is not their bottom line. It seems as though this person most likely got fired for one reason or another, maybe bad attitude? Or lack of work ethic and has decided to lash out in the only way they know how. I say, give Spot On a shot. They offer a 30 day free trial. If this company was just after your money, why would they do that? Spot On does what most companies do not, and that is try it before you buy it. If you don't like it after 30 days, cancel it. That simple. I am an outside sales rep, 1099 and an independent contractor with these companies. I decided to Google Spot On just to see what was out on the web and I found this and decided to comment back as I simply laughed at what this person said because its simply not true. The best way to find out if Spot On works or not, is to try it. Or, call other businesses on Spot On and ask how they like it. Don't go by some person who has nothing better to do with their time, then to rant and rave with the atrotious things they said. Zach and Matt Hyman are wonderful people who care.
