Spot Reservation Airheads that DO NOT need to be taking people up in the AIR Internet

 We scheduled a Balloon Ride for two through Spot about a week before our scheduled date 11/10/2013. The ride was to take place 2.5 hours away from our home. The plan was the night before the ride we where going to drive up to the location and rent a hotel room. 72 hours before the ride I called to see if there were anymore slots open on the ride we were taking when I was told "no, there are some 11/11/2013" I simply told the lady "We have to work so just keep the shared ride for 2 on Sunday but thanks for checking." Little to my surprise after driving all the way to the location and buying the room I would get a call from the pilot expecting me on Monday. Spot CANCELLED our reservation for Sunday!In a nut shell once cancelled by spot someone was immediately booked! When I immediately called spot they replied "you were booked first just show up at the meeting place in the morning our they have to pay you back on the spot."11/10/13 We wake up and are at the meeting place earlier than what was posted in the e-mail. We waited an hour NO ONE showed!!The flight had been cancelled but no one had even called to tell us! I waited 2 hours to call spot cause guess what the 24 hour business, was closed. I got a lady on the phone I couldn't even understand that told me that there were no supervisors there on the weekends. 11/11/2013 I got a supervisor that finally told me it was going to take 5-7 days for me to get me money back and that her supervisor has to approve the refund request. I stated that I would be calling back on 11/12/2013. Once off the phone with her we look at all our checking accounts $494.00 additional dollars was taken out in Spot Reservations name!11/12/2013 I got a rep this time that told me I couldn't be placed on hold to wait for the supervisor I (waited) to speak with yesterday. The supervisor didn't have good customer service skills. Did state that I was only granted $418 out $494. She wouldn't even give me the name of her supervisor then proceeded to hang up on me.

11/15/2013 I got a call from the company today said they hadnt heard from me and they were wondering what happened. I told the lady about all the people I spoke with since Sunday how they had treated a customer! That I was no longer threatening to turn them into BBB they had been turned into BBB since 11/13/2013 and now they are also on Ripoff. The lady then hungup on me and I have not yet heard back from the company.
