i did get loan but i fell behind on my payment b/c i was getting harrssment phone calls from other payday company said i owe them but it was scam but spotloan BLUECHIP FINANCIAL got my dad cellphone number by public records but how can they get cellphone number if it unlisted

please someone tell me how

Telephone records are not necessarily protected. "Unlisted" numbers are simply not available for consumer "information", such as in phone books or by 411; "unpublished" numbers are not available to public or commercial users in any way, but that does not include official requests by police or other legal authorities, such as in debt collection efforts. Sorry, but that's the way it is...
