I purchased the Spotmau PowerSuite 2012 Golden product and it has been a complete disaster obtaining any technical support. I have many important document & passwords locked away in the products 'Personal Safe,' in which I no longer have access to.

I have been seeking technical help from Spotmau since September 30, 2016. It is now October 7th and they have yet to give me an adequate response on how to either reset my password or to offer a tool that will help me gain access to the safe.

Let me explain: Something happened to my hard drive. After correcting the problem I could no longer gain access to my Personal Safe because I kept getting the error message: "Password Mismatch."  I even uninstalled the product & reinstalled the product but I kept getting the same error message. At that point I filled out a help ticket that asked for my Windows operating system with other requests that included memory size, etc.

I received an automated ticket number TID2311436 with the following response, "Honestly, the present version is not compatable with Windows 8 or 10. However, when I filled out the ticket report I stated that I was running Windows 7 Pro.

I immediately responded that I was not running Windows 8 or 10. Again, I received a response that Golden Powersuite 12 is not compatable with Windows 8 or 10, to which I responded again and pleaded for help since all my passwords (over 50) were contained my Personal Safe.

I have continued sending an S.O.S. call for help, but Spotmau has not responded anymore even though they pride themselves in stating on their website they provide 'Step by Step' instuctions, 'Free Personal Support,' and that their Support Team works 24/7.

I am even willing to purchase a tool, if one exists, that will help me to unlock the safe, or allow me to reset the password which is impossible to do at this point. I do not recommend this product to anyone as once you install it, you're on your own.

This product was a gift to me purchased for me by my son.
