Spotmau refused to give me a refund Humble Texas

This company is unbelievable. I installed an update on my computer which caused it to crash. I couldn't find my windows vista cd so I decided to purchase Spotmau Powersuite 2009. After trying all the recovery options available and getting no results I decided to request a refund. I called customer service and the rep said he would email me regarding my issue. After several emails of requesting a refund and providing a detailed description of the problem I realized that this company was a joke. In my most recent email they asked me to provide the previous emails I had so they could know what my problem was. I did so and got an email back saying how they couldn't log into the emails. Its almost as if they copy&paste the same response everytime I email. "Please dont be in a hurry to leave us my friend". I swear I want to crack someones head over at Spotmau. Avoid this company at all costs!
