Spot on came to my business and explained how they would help with online promotions.  Their service brought nothing to the table other than a $70 per month charge, a charge that I can't seem to ever get away from.

We had a fire in early 2014 and the tablet was one of many things lost that day.  Upon rebuilding the business I noticed that SpotOn was still taking $70/month out of my account.  I went to the bank and put a stop payment on the payment and the bank stopped taking the money for three months.  When the stop payment expired SpotOn took $210 and began taking the $70 again.  I was told I had to return the tablet to have the money stop coming out.

Worst customer service ever and they don't even care.
