I hired Richard Pelton to paint my interior and paid him a down payment of 1300.00. He not only left my house a mess, didnt even finish 1 room and took off with my money. He says he cant afford to give me my money back, because he bought an ice cream store!!!!!!!! With my money!!!!!!!!!
