On January 7 2009 I went to Springfield Auto Tags to register my 3 vehicles. I paid approximately $680 to transfer the 3 vehicle titles in my name and pay the taxes on the 3 vehicles. I also paid for the tags on the three vehicles. I paid additional $15.00 to request for a title of the 4th vehicle from MA from my bank to register the 4th vehicle in PA. Since January 7th I have called on numerous ocassions, but I have not been able to get to anyone to speak to about the status of my registration. When I went to Springfield Auto Tags office in Springfield, PA to speak to someone there on March 19, 2009 out of concern for the registration of my vehicles the office was vacant and the various businesses around there did not have any information about the above listed auto tags office. I subsequently contacted PENN DoT on March 27, 2009 at 1 (800) 932-4600 and complained about the situation. PENN DoT provided me a fax number to fax my pink papers to DEB LITTLE that she is responsible for handling paperwork related to those kinds of fraudulent activities in PENN DoT. I faxed my paperwork to DEB LITTLE on March 27, 2009 and since then I have not gotten contacted by PENN DoT. I have attempted about 7 different times to hear from PENN DoT, but I am been told that someone will get back to me. Currently, I don't have registration on my vehicles, I don't have my Titles, and I can't register my vehicles because I don't have my titles and PENN DoT can not locate my paperwork because it was never sent in by Springfield Auto Tags - Rachel Boyson. The paper at the back of my winshield expired today (04/15/2009). My life is falling apart. I am almost about to lose my job because I have 4 vehicles and can not drive any of them to go to work. This is not fair. Can someone help me? I will appreciate if someone is listening and can come to my aid.

I was also ripped off by Rachel Boyson. PennDOT was NO help at first. Then I contacted my local state representitive who told me to call the State Police. They were no help at first either and passed me off to the Springfield PD. They I got me in contact with Trooper Vitale, Pa State Police, Media Barracks. He is handling the investigation.

You will also need to fax all pertinent paperwork (DMV Forms, receipts, bill of sale, etc.. and a statement of what happened to:

PA PennDOT DMV
attn: Kathy Mumma
Fax 717-265-7591

She will send you new temp registration for you existing tags. Later you will recieve a MV-376 from her to fill out, include another set of above copies and get your signature notarized. This is to get the registration agent bond Rachel Boyson had to pay for your registrations.

Good luck.. very frustrating I know
