SpringHill Apartments Manager Beatrice Velazquez Beatrice Velasquez Ignores Complaints san antonio Texas

Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...

The manger Beatrice Velasquez does absolutely nothing when you file legitimate complaints.  She is a l*****n, who has not come out of the closet yet, she does not know about this, so if you know her do not say anything.  She sits on her big butt all day, and the only time she gets out of her chair is to go to lunch.  Anyway speaking of lunch, she and another associate who shall remain anonymous(Christina) went to have lunch the other day, they spent 3 hours away from the office, even though the mgr is on salary still does not make it right, this is why she is always in a meeting, because she does not want anything to do with the people that live here.  Not everybody here are criminals and trouble makers, some people are older and disabled.  Come to find out that they went to lunch and spent the rest of the day getting their hair done and some shopping.

Now, Christina, is an hourly employee, so i guess it was ok for her to be away from the office/  NOT!!!!!

Also somehow the manager is getting $500 of the apartments money and having somebody build a custom shelf for her in her office.  They are also replacing the carpet in the office, and they had a company come out and put in new flowers around tha office.

This is August 8th, 2013

Nine police cars were called to the SpringHill Apartments for a bunch of young black people fighting!  The crowd was getting restless and looked like they were going to jump the officers, so they called for crowd control. This is an everyday thing, and HUD, and SAHA, and ORION absolutely refuse to do anything about it. It is very simple,  get rid of the problem people, and they will quit attracting the other bad people!  But all Beatrice does is create a turnstile entrance and exit.  

To put Bluntly:      get rid of all the young people that have free rent, no electric bill, and the state gives them foodstamps, and WIC if they have a child.  Now none of these young people are disabled, and they definitely do "NOT" have jobs,  when one moves in, the others move in and they cause all of the problems out here!

These yound people are sucking all of the benifits from disabled people, and elderly people on Social Security Disability.  I have a question for all of the young blacks out at Spring Hill Apartments:  get up off of your drug dealing "butts" and get a freaking job...........more to come later as it happens.
