Sprint & Calvalry Portfolio ripoff fraud Hawthorne New York

i recieved a credit report in 02 with a collection filed from sprint sold to calvalry portfolio. yhe problem with this is i have never had sprint pcs service.

they claim that i owe almost $300. i didnt know better then so i paid it to get it off my credit report. a year later it was back on there. i called and got the run around for some time but managed to get them to retract it from my credit statement.

i went to get financing for a car loan recently and there it was again. i called and waited and waited. they refuse to remove it this time. they claimed that if i couldnt prove i payed the bill then i would just have to pay it again. it wasnt my bill in the first place.
