 I was totally roped in to and lied to after going for a simple fix on phone or having it replaced. So I have 5 lines, for over 3 yrs. Paid the same amont no problems. I was told I could upgrade everyone on our plan, switch to the FRAMILY plan and get a tab 3 free and just pay sales tax on allbthe new phone. Sounds great right. So i was told all the bills would be separate, and 55$ IS what each individuals bill would be.. Yeah right. I have a 1600.$ phone bill. WTH. Total scam .

Sprint Cellular Essential phone breaks for 30 days is over. Undestructable by the salesman because it is ceramic. 14 days customer satisfaction after that you are on your own. You call this a company that you can trust. How are they getting away with this.? They did not want to replace a phone that broke with no real cause. I did not even last a few months. We had a warranty but they have a $200 deductible. The phone was sold for $145!. Why would they want to try to charge you $200 for $145 phone. And why would they recommend a phone as indestructible when it broke Within. Columbus Ohio
