Sprint Refuses to reimburse early termination fees after switching from Verizon. Lakeland Florida

I switched from Verizon to Sprint during the cut your bill in half campaign. I followed Sprints instructions on how to obtain my reimbursement regarding my early termination fees from Verizon. Two months later I still have not received my reimbursement. Contacted Sprint numerous times to be advised the store made a mistake and signed me up to a plan that doesnt allow reimbursement. Now Sprint will not return my calls. Everyone I speak to says it is beyond their scope and a supervisor will call me back. Never happens. However, they did offer to upgrade me to a higher priced plan at a substantial increase and then they would talk to me about a possible reimbursement.
