Just a word to the wise. We've had Sprint Nextel IDEN service for years. We've had nothing but TROUBLE with them. Lousy, horrible, lackluster service. They must have hundreds of pages of notes in regards to phone calls from us, as do we as we make notes every time we communicate with them. Now, they are getting rid of IDEN and we will have phones that we paid
good money for that will not be of any use come June of 2013, they will make nice paperweights. They have offered us new phones at no cost, bfd, every provider does that, we just have to agree to a new two year contract, bullsh*t!!! There are so many thousands of employees, you never get to talk to the same one twice AND no two knows what the other is doing. They place you on infinite hold when you are HOT and just leave you there. When we want to use our phones, we can't in our home, we must meander out onto the golf course, our Sierra 598U Wireless Internet Air Card, what a joke that is, on the
average, two or three bars out of six. Recently, no service for two weeks and nothing but excuses and telling us they have the right to upgrade the towers and a barrage of other EXCUSES. USD$1.800,00 a year and for what??? They are so lucky we can't afford counsel, we'd love to SUE THE HELL OUT'VE THEM for all the misery they've caused us over the many years we've been with them. The main reason we haven't gone with somebody else yet is that everyone requires two-year contracts, what a BS that is.

We hope you go belly up Sprint or that some international or Oriental firm buys you up and makes major changes amongst your staff.
