I'v been a Sprint Nextel customer for 14 years. Not without issue, however I seemed to speak to people who attempted to resolve my issue.  As a former Sprint Nextel contractor I had a sense of loyalty and just put up with the lack of a superior product.  In the past two years I've had to switch phones 7 times.  The signal losses has become so bad with Sprint, they should really consider selling or merging with a better network.  I called in to customer serve today because of back to back dropped calls on important business phone calls.  I was subsequently unable to make a phone cal for approximately 15 minutes with a message stating "call origination attempts failed, immediate persistent signal loss" something to that effect.  The Sprint rep told me her system does not show any dropped calls on my account for the past 3 months and continued to rendundantly and droningly repat this over and over.  I asked her if she was accusing me of lying and told her what her system says is not my concern.  I am calling because the repeated loss of signal is beginning to affect my business.  She put me on hold for an extremely long time, I hung up and she called right back demanding that I be patient and hold on the line.  I hung up on her again, she continued to call and harrass me until I was able to activate another phone with another carrier. 

I've never encountered a Sprint rep as the one I encountered today.  You have lost an extremely loyal custome today and I will be fighting the early termination fee as I have documented my numerous calls over the past two years and lack of attention or remedy for the interruption of my service on a regular basis.
