Sprint PCS Cancel account within 10 days and get charged $146.86 Internet, Kentucky

Sprint PCS Big Rip off! Open an account with Sprint and then close it  days later and they will charge you $141.86. I opened an account, after buying an iPhone 4, only to find the service was not working in my to locations I am in most of the time. So, I cancelled the account days after opening it (10days) and was sent a bill for $141.86 for 10 days service... I called many times and was given the run around after hrs of phone calls put on hold and hung up on, I was told the account needed to be adjusted.

This was never done and within one month I received a call from a collection adjacency. I filed a report with Ca District Attorney (never heard back), BBB (got a response saying I had to pay) and the FCC (never heard back). Beware! This company is out to get you.. the customer service is rude and down right mean. I am going to have to take them to Small Claims Court.
