To: The BBB and all those who know me

My wife and I bought brand new Sprint HCT cell phones at the begining of January 2008. We had orignally wanted the Iphone but in the brokerage business you try to stay away from what the masses own. So I will take you back in time to are date of purchase. It was a Friday after work and we had visted the Town Center Mall in Boca Raton. We had are normal dinner at Legal Seafood and then visted the Apple store to see the Iphone. As usual the store was absolutely packed with people and we really had no will to wait in line to view the new technological marvel "The Iphone". So we left the mall and I traveled to the Sprint store located next to Miagiano's Italian Restaurant.

We walk in like big suckers and 1rst we take a look at the black berries. Being brokers and business owners we thought that the black berry would be the way to go. Its a phone made for those on the go who need to be in touch with the worlds online universe "the Internet". We look at the various Black Berries and found one that was on display. Now I dont remeber the exact model number or code, however the one on display was out of stock and the sales lady said that we shouldnt wait to buy it because new BlackBerry models where on the way. She then pointed out and touted there brand new state of the art Iphone market equivalent HCT touch screen phone. So like a good salesman I was instantly sold, it looks nicer, its much smaller and slimer than the Iphone. I got a small discount by signing up for a 2 year contract. Little did I know what would happen.

Here is my big problem with Sprint and the service. They are way above fair market value. In fact they sold me on a plan that month to month actually generated 3 bills over $400 one of them being $600. When they could have sold me there best rate phone charge of the simple everything plane that would have never allowed my monthly phone contract to go over $180. So as a good preditorial lowsey crap phone carrier they over charged me. There phone service isnt horrabled but I get many dropped calls. They wont let me out of the contract and I feel like I was taken advantage of. I have a average phone that looks nice but gets below average reception at a way above fair market value price.

One look at there stock and you can see why they need to take advantage of every user they can get there greedy hands on. Anyone else using there service who is upset and feels over charged give them hell and write to the BBB. They have all there rights as we willingly sign contracts unknowing that they simple take advantage of are stupidty. I am nothing more than a sucker who signed a crap contract and got hosed by Sprint. I however feel much better now that I have complained and hopefully deterd thousands of dollars in new company revenue from Sprint to other carriers who offer much better prices. In closing I hope that everyone who receives this email sends it to everyone else in your outlook or email provider. Americans need to stand up against predetorial companies like Sprint who take advantage of ther consumers by over chargeing them and using basic laws against them.
