Its hard to believe that I am alone in compalining on this. Sprint sends a bill-all calls listed thoroughly and then when it comes down to the connection card -all  it states is the amount of mg used (which how many individuals know). They dont explain the oiverage they charge you for like, how much is each mg. cost and where were all this data used and when and how about a detailed listed per mg. so that one can see why they get a 500.00 bill. They list amount of mg. total and a dollar amount like 9000000 mg.   included   66666666 used then addl charges $500.00. No way,  break that addl charges out so i can see what this $500.00 is for maybe but not this f---g number that no one can understand and say pay us.GIVE ME A BREAK. WHOEVER PAYS THESE CHARGES WITHOUT EXPLANATION ARE NUTS!!!!!!

Usually if it is the first time that you have gone over the 5GB limit, you can get a 1 time courtesy adjustment on your account for the overages once you have been properly educated on the ways you can manage your data and the common reasons why people exceed the 5GB limit. With most people, they are habitual Youtube, Hulu, Netflix users, etc and don't understand that they can't use the card for that all day. In my opinion, the card is not meant to be a replacement for a home internet connection, and rather is available for the convenience of being able to travel with it. However, I digress... If you have not had the card for more than 30 days, you are welcome to cancel without early termination fees, and if you are able, speak with someone in customer service or customer finance and ask if they can adjust it for you as a one time thing. The 5GB limit is sadly not made clear to many customers when they first sign up for the card.
