On 5/5/2010 we got new palm pixi phones through Sprint. After mutable times of trying to get the phones to work as they were supose to we called sprint and thier tech dept said there was an update coming out to fix the problem and to wait until then. We told them it would put us past the 30 day return mark. They said it would be ok and there would be no problem. After the update the phone still would not do what they claimed, they sent another set of the same phone to us. The new phones did the same thing the first ones did. Palm said that they knew about it and they would fix it later the year. We called sprint back and requested that they replace the phones with a different brand as we could have done had we not waited like they said to. We were told you are past the 30 day return mark and too bad. After calling the accounts dept and being told to take it to a local store and they would exchange the phones for ones of our choice we did. When we got there and tried to explain what the problem was the clerk said well I see you like to complain. We asked to speak with the manger and were told it would be 30 to 40 mins. So I called sprint while we were still in the store they said that the store would have to look at the phones and if they could not get them to work then they would exchange them. The clerk refused to take the phones to look at them and told us too bad. We left call sprint back and started to ask for this to be taken care of . They said they would look into it. I emailed the corp. offices and they said that they would have a upper dept take care of it. The person that they sent it to fix it called me on Monday and said she cant fix it but she would have someone who can call us back with in24 to 48 hours. I told her I had gotten a email right before she called telling us that she was to resolve this to our satisfaction. She did not care and we have heard nothing since. We have junk phones that do not work like they are suppose to and pay over 4800.00 a year. we have always paid our bill on time and have been with them for over 6 years. All we wanted were phones that work and allow us to use the services we pay for. They put us past the 30 day mark and now refuse to keep their word. I am disabled and NEED the hands free voice to work. My Bluetooth unit is a Motorola h-12 2.1 unit and is listed as being the right one for the phone but it will not work with the phone and I know its not the Bluetooth headset because it works on my sons Rant phone. In the end all of thier we care and reward loyal customer is just a big fat lie. They want our money but dont want to do the right thing by replacing the phones. The palm pixi model 120 is a POS . The phones we requested they replace them with are 50 less in cost that the Palms. We keep our word by paying our bill every month in full they need to keep theirs. Dan Hesse needs to keep his word to America.
