over a period of one and a half years, sprint fraudulently charged my bank acct over 6,300 dollars. After numerous calls and many wasted hrs.on the phone,I was finally put through to the fraud dept. They acted very concerned ,took my report, and assured me they would contact me within 2 buisness days. That was two months ago.now when I call they ask for report number, then claim the number they gave me isnt correct and they cannot help without correct no. then refuse to take a new report or issue a new number.I finally recieved a call from them today to confirm that they had taken a payment out of my acct in nov.not to admit they were stealing from me,or to say they were refunding me.They have denied ever having charged my acct.anything until today, when in fact they have chargedit up to 3 times a month.I have never had a sprint acct.Even they have admited this is true, but still will not admit to taking my money. beware as sprint will rob you any way they can.

I have had a Sprint account for over 10 years with no problem and if there was a problem they fixed it. So how did they get your banking information if you never had an account?
