Sprint CANCELLED my service in June of 2014 without notice. They claimed I used to much roaming DATA.I had an unlimited Talk,Text &UNLIMITED DATA plan. I had been with Sprint since April 2008 2 lines of services.Carried insurance.Insurance was cancelled when plan was cancelled leaving me with a Galaxy Note 2 with a cracked screen...no longer able to turn in for insurance repair.Again I was NOT given notice Sprint did not cancel my second line as that phone was originally a back up purchased (Nextel) because Sprint did not work at my home. Now Sprint turns off my UNLIMITED DATA when it reaches a point of their choosing every month.
If Sprint sells a plan with unlimited DATA they should not be allowed to just turn it off and continue to charge for it. They knew from Day one that their Sprint service was lousy at best in my home and thus I also contracted the Nextel I think Sprint should be held accountable. They held accountable for.my 2yr contract when I got lousy service in my home!I also think they should have to replace the Note 2 that I was prevented from having repaired. My bills for every month they turned off my Data should be cut in half.I was not given the services I contracted or paid for. A Class action suite may very well be warrented

Roaming Restrictions
AUTHOR: Katie - ()

Their website says roaming data is capped at 100MB, non-roaming is unlimited. But unless you're traveling, I don't see why it would be roaming. You might want to check out other carriers to see if any of them have better coverage. You should be able to shut off roaming data from your phone in case you're trying to avoid using it.
