Sprint mobile phone company Nationwide

I am a long standing customer for nearly twenty years with Sprint's mobile phone provider. I have submitted a Fraudulant cse with the their department this past January. I have not receive any current updates unless I initiate the call, and upon making the call to request a stauts, I am consistently being advised to make a payment of which I am disputing. I have four lines all are included with monthly insurance, Unlimited data where I believe I am receiving additional charges.I have a tablet for a monthly lease where I discovered that I am billed monthly for the case that I simply could have purschead for in a one time fee.This is unacceptable for anyone to pay for a phone case ongoingly, every month. This was not my understanding during the time of purchase. I was given an atomatuum  to pay a vist to the original place of purchase , I disagree because it is an offical Sprint provider for Sprint customers, and I should be more than qualified to resovle the descrepency over the phone with a customer solutions representative.
