was with Verizon for many years with 5 lines active and the monthly bill was only $146 and change. Had some issues with their service and cancelled after speaking with one of your phone sales reps and a promotion that stated, $22. per line for 5 lines and the 5th is free. I only have 3 lines active. The 1st bill came in at $160.00. I called and was told by a second Sprint Rep that the bill was higher because of a cycling period or something. I let it slide after the second rep told me the bill would be down to $118.00 and change in the next month. The next month comes and I then receive a bill for $315.51. I call, speak to many people who are throwing different numbers at me and then speak to a Supervisor named Frank. I literally said to him, " No one would pay $315.51 a month for 3 lines when just before I was paying $146. for 5 from Verizon." He agreed. I told him that would be insanity as NO ONE Person would ever do this. I payed $120.0 until that matter is resolved and he thanked me. Well, I told him go back to the recordings of everyone I spoke with and he would see that I was getting screwed. He gave me a customer care number and told me someone would be contacting me on the matter after they reviewd the recordings. No one has contacted me, and I just received an email stating I am now late paying an additional $190.00 plus or my service would be interrupted. There is no way in HELL that I am paying more than double for less than I was receiving from Verizon. That is INSANITY!! Bottom line: If this matter does not get resolved and quick, I am cancelling service and suing Sprint for a Fortune. I will also make this matter very PUBLIC!

Signed up for the 5 lines for $90 special with Sprint on 9/9/17, took advantage of the 'BOGO iPhone 7’ deal as well. My 3 children and I decided, after much research, that this was a killer deal, or at least it seemed on paper. After all was said and done, my bill was supposed to be approx $163/month including 5 phones which works out to about $41 per person with unlimited everything. The breakdown we came up with was $90 for 5 lines, 4 iPhone 7’s @ 27.50/month per phone (BOGO then brings it down to $27.50 each for 2 phones = $13.75/phone x 4 people),

I picked up an LG V20 for myself as well that was on special for $10/month to make it 5 lines. Add that to the approx $35/month Sprint and Federal taxes and fee, etc. 90+27.50+10+35=$162.50 divided by 4 people = $38.13 each, plus the $10/month for my LG Phone (which I pay myself). (Sorry for all the numbers, I figure it puts it all into perspective). My son also opted for a 128GB iPhone and was told there’s be a $100 cash deposit for that phone and the monthly price would be $4 extra, which he agreed to, but it absolutely complied with the BOGO offer.

The sales rep at the store agreed with my math but told me it may be a month or two before the BOGO discounts are applied. I had no problem with that as it seemed logical. My first bill was $327, which shocked me, I called and was told that the discounts weren’t applied yet... ok. Next bill - $200.59... better, but discounts weren’t applied yet... still angry, but ok. Next bill - $231.44... now I’m very angry and start making more calls and going back to the store. The phone rep, who spoke the worst broken English I had ever heard, finally explained that the 128GB phone my son got was NOT included in the BOGO, and was in fact $75/ month by itself.

I go to the store, and they ASSURED me that it was included, and put in a call to their supervisor. I was told it would be fixed, and they’d call me as soon as they know something. This month’s bill came in... $345.00! I marched back to the store and nope, they haven’t heard back... but we’ll let you know. I am beyond irritated!! What should be a total of approx $650 for 4 months has approached $1100. FoR FOUR MONTHS!! Bottom line is, I completely feel your pain, have not had any satisfaction, and would LOVE to join in your lawsuit should you bring one! Thanks for reading... -Scott
