Sprint sprint rep misrepresented buyback agreement, said our bill up to $650 would be reembursed Sprint Wichita Kansas

The Sprint representative stated when we switched from T-Mobile that we would be eligible for the buyback program which pays early termination fees and remaining balance on up to $650 perline which I had two lines. Sprint is now not honoring the buyback agreement and stating that they will only pay remaining balance on devices from the previous carrier I switched from. Reason for my Ripoff Report incense Sprint is dragging their feet to honor this agreement for the buyback program my T-Mobile bill has since doubled since I switched to Sprint.
