when i singed up for sprint with 3 phone lines my line would not text properly as i had to keep resending the texts

all they wanted to was to keep doing there trouble shooting things like sending a signal or reseting my service and i had the device replaced once witch did not solve the problem 

as me and wife went round and round about the issue with several represenatives and suprovisors we were getting no where 

then one represenative was on the phone with my wife and she explained i was almost completely deaf and have only 15% of my hearing and i depend on text he laughed at her and ofcourse imediately denied it 

now after we finaly got some where and a ticket was put in to have the tower looked at and a technitian called and told us that they did an adjustment on the tower and wanted to know how things were working and they were working fine but i felt after 4 months of the issue and the abuse from customer care that i should have been offer a little relief on my bill and called to find out why i was not given and relief 

well guess what,,, all my complaints and tickes were wipped from my account no proff of any thing 

the supervisor who said they had no record of any thing and they werew not going to give me any credit was very rude towards me basicaly calling me a liar and the call got disconnected (nothing unusual using srint service) but called me back (very shocking) and imediately told me the call was being recorded and i explained the same and i was asked if i was recording i said yes and she demanded me to disconnect i told her no i have every legal right to record as i had informed i am recording also and she told me she wasnt going to talk to me i was recording i told here if she can record i can to she hung up 

now how professional can that be 

maybe because i threatend for disability discrimination law suit if they didnt do some thing about it them selves 

i learned my lesson to never say what you intend to do when some one violates you because i have nothing to go by except what i have read on this site today and i was totaly shocked on how many people are trapped in to this abusive corporation as a consumer with a contract 

so i have infromed the state of kansas atorny general about my situation and next is the BBB of kansas 

i am not done i will not tolerate this kind of abuse as i contribute to their pay checks with a $245 a month contract and stuck doing it for the next 18 months 

and i am highly encouraging each and every one of you who come on here to make a complaint about this abusive corporation to contact the kansas state attorny general if they get enough complaints maybe a class act will be filed and hopefully we as consumers can put an end to this abusive corporation 

unfortunately seekers for services do not alway investigate a corporations backgrounds before commiting to a contract but that is a leasson to learn the hard way as i did and now i look into a company before i make any commitment with them 

i am disabled i want to enjoy what life i have left with out being abussed as each and every citizen of this country wants but if we dont stand up to these companies we will continue to be treated like trash so please go farther than this site and help make a difference for all who are being taken advantage of by a corporations like sprint 

honestly SPRINT CORPORATION should be shut sown permenately as i have no faith they will ever treat us like humanbeings all we are is $$$$ to them and they dont care how much we pay for nothing as long as they live in luxuary for basicaly free because we pay for pretty much nothing

 Finaly a response on the situstions every one has with sprint as i did inform there are over 1700 complaints and gave them the link to Rippoff report so they can view our complaints. 


 I am uploading a copy of my letter.


 I have earsed my name and adress for my protection, now im kindly asking everyone else to do what i have done so we can all come together and get this resolved 

 My text messaging situation has gotten the attention of an account manager who has escalated it up to what they call a 4th level and im suppose to take my device in for a 3rd time to be trouble shooted as the first 2 were fine, but the weather is bad here and the nearest sprint store is 20 miles away im not going anywhere untill i have to. 


 So if they correct my service problem then great, but im still proceeding with the customer abuse, witch is very unprofessional and i intend to do some thing about it. If i have to deal with them for the next 18 month i atleast want to be treated like a human respectfully as i do contribute to there pay checks as all other sprint customers do.


P.S Mr. Who ever you are that likes to complain about my complaint......CAN YOU READ THIS NOW?

apparently you didnt click the link as of this time i can not send texts at all i thought it was fixed but apparently i was wrong i can from my wifes phone but not mine and it has been trouble shooted by a sprint store nothing seems to be wrong with my device and sue for money not i want out of the contract legaly is that such a sin as i pay good hard earned money for my service and if they can not provide me with the service i pay for then i dont want it how would like to so much money for some thing you cant use so i think you should just grow up a little bit and mind your own business if you have nothing to do with sprint you must be a lonely old man that is terribly bored to have to argue about some thing that actualy no concern to you you are making a fool out of you self as my attorney is now on the case so just back off and go on with your miserable little life and go find your self a woman to spend time with instead of sitting in front of a computer and doing what ever you do 

have a wonderfull life

First how the heck am I discriminating against you?  Because I didn't respond to the other complaints?  Well how about this Einstein, what if their complaints are actually valid and yours isn't..naw it couldn't be that could it. 

As for contracts.  Yes you do get better rates with contracts and I do enjoy the one I have(with another company).  But contracts are TWO SIDED.  That is the key point you seem to be forgetting.

Nothing in your report or updates indicated ANYTHING that shows them in violation of the contract.  Of course if you do have something that shows the violated it and the resolution allows you to get out of the contract then sue them.  You don't need people to act on your own behalf you are an adult and you believe it not have the power to sue them. 

But let us not forget...they FIXED the problem and contrary to what you say, if they had given you the "relief" you wanted you would not have posted this report.

may be you should pay attention to your family if you have no complaint about sprint and never have been a sprint employee then why all the effort you make to ripp on my complaint????? (theres more punctuations for you as you do need them to read)and as for me and contracts lets see you do need credit to have a contract are you just jelous you cant get one???? i dont need to get into my verry own personal credit and why contracts are better than non contracts, why dont you compare (oooops ill punctuate thate so it dosent boggle youre brain) so you like comming on here to insault consumers who have a complaint ...hmmmm sounds like a sprint rep to me

 The "I know I am wrong and since I don't like what was said I am going to accuse them of being an employee".  Yea this is pretty much Standard Operating Procedure, but if you actually look around this site you would realize how stupid a comment like that makes you look.   Because sorry to burst your bubble but NO I do not now or ever have worked for sprint.

It actually seems like you have bigger issues with contracts.  So if that is the case why did you sign the contract in the beginning?  They have many NO CONTRACT plans that you could have chossen from.  Or are you the type of person who thinks that contracts are good as long as they don't apply to you?


Oh and please learn to use periods.  You have written in effect what is 2 very long run-on sentences...I am not even going into the lack of Capitalization.

lets see why would you even come on here if you dont have a complaint about sprint??

and for you information there are over 1700 complaints about sprint not just about my situation but others as well it seems you are a sprint employee because youre defending them and its not about a relief and for gods sake why would i was crappy service for life for free

it about an abusive corporation who lock consumers in to a contract and get kicked around like they are nothing but trash and nothing the consumer can do about it unless they want an early termination fee or a bad credit report 

ill tell you what you sing up for sprint and get crappy service and see how you get treated

and for your information its not about a guy on the internet telling some one to do some thing it s about consumers standing up for their rights and what they believe in as over 1700 others are trying to do, do i really need to go on ??? and how would you like it if your wife was laughed at about your disability if you had one im sure you wouldnt feel too good that your loved one gets laughed at for your condition, if you want to know how it feel plug you ears with cotton and make phone call or even go in public and try to have a conversation no its not a poor me thing because actually i love being deaf so i dont have to listen to ignorance and stupidity its actually a privedlige from god to be deaf

So just to get this right.

There was a problem texting, it took them 4 months to fix the tower but they did fix it.  So then you are telling them you are going to sue them for violation of the ADA and report them to the Kansas Attorney General because they were rude to you, wouldn't let you record them, and refused to provide you "relief".

So exactly what "relief" were you looking for.  Did you want $5, $10 or perhaps you wanted them to give you free service for life.

As for you "highly encouraging" us to complain to the Attorney Genearal..yea right there with you..NOT.

I guess though if we did it would go something like this.

"Hey Mr. Attorney General you know you really should shut down Sprint because this guy on the Internet said that he had problem texting and they fixed the problem"   We could even add things such as "Oh yea and I guess they were rude to him and wouldn't let him record their conversation".

Would that make you feel better?
