WELL,WHERE DO I START?,SPRINT HAS A HATE FOR THE DISABLED AND CUSTOMERS IN GENERAL...I had several problems with my phone ,after opening a contract in october,i called an went to repair over 40 times..they exchanged my phone out twice,still continued to freeze,cut off calls,internet not work etc...CALLED CEO'S OFFICE spoke to his secratary ,made arrangements to take phone into store,they provided me with a $200.00.credit so i wouldn't be charged for new phone,and said that if more credit was needed clerk would call in to get additional credit.clerk spent 1.5 hours on phone getting additional credit.
after being in store for 7.5 hours that part was finally taken care of.next ceo's office said they were to issue me a credit for all accesories i returned from previos phone and previous phone,they did ,total=$399.98.seemed to be fine,showed up on my account,next day called to verify,still their,THEN,3 weeks later received call saying i had overdue bill,no i have a credit shouldn't owe anything till april and only about$22.00.contacted customer service ,
asked for executive customer service,i was told their was no such department by supervisors,and reps.found the number called,rep named cary said she would handle it told her .i'm not paying till this is settled ,said that was perfectly understandable,.cary gets sick out of office for a month,no contact from sprint till i call,assigns another rep,she says she will get on it,even calls bank with me to verify a miising payment as well,says it will be posted on my account,never happened ,
then she gets sick goes out for a month,have to start over,only now i was hit by car while waiting to cross street,cary come back ,tells me she needs payment ,she knows i'm in the hospital,leaves me a nasty message stating that she isn't concerned with my disabilty ,she needs payment,its now may,asked her what happened to getting my account straightened ,told again she's looking into it...had several people call and tell me that me being in hospital was no excuse,one said she could careless ,wanted the money,one said disability was a joke,
president of marketing paget alves called and vice president bob johnson emailed said it would be handled and taken care of and they apologize for it all.once again it never happened,instead a rep called and said they are aware they owe me the money on my account but won't put it back because i owe them money.i wouldn't owe anything,or my account wouldn't be in a mess if they never took credit off my account,
if cary would have taken care of my account,which i later found out my account was never worked on until june when her supervisor richard lane ,ben parker and dawn rungy called me,each just as rude and then telling me rudeness was acceptable per the ceo....now they have cut off my phone,told me credit won't be given back,even after they acknowledge it shouldn't have been taken off..executives don't call back anymore...what has ceo changed?oh!yeah his number
