Sprint sold me a "katana" cell phone that was defective from the start, it wouldnt charge on the charger that came with my phone and eventually stoped working on my brothers charger as well. The phone does not work at all but sprint refuses to replace the phone and they will not even let me cancel my contract. Never use sprint and never buy a katana cell phone "sprint ultraslim mobile phone".
