I was promised service at my home, I did not get it for 9 months, I was promised coverage in Hawaii and Colorado and New Mexico, I did not get it, when I canceled service due to these (and numerous other misrepresentations of service) I requested that the early termination fees be waived, Sprint refused. Sprint customer service is pathetic, local representatives are abusive, they lie through their teeth. Some day I hope our Congress will take action against these cell companies who violate the contracts they FORCE you to sign and then ruin you credit if you use your only option to refuse payment because THEY violated the contract. I have already contacted my Congressman.
