Add me to the lawsuit. Chase sold our loan to SPS while in modification process in 2011. Immediately our monthly payments increased by $300 and the amount owed increased by $20,000. Our original loan amount was $104,000. After bing in our home for over 15 yrs we now owe SPS $120000. How can that be?
